On this tour you will explore the flavors of Ica through our gastronomic tour:
Immerse yourself in the world of distillates at Tres Generaciones Winery with wine and pisco tastings, followed by a master classes on how to make two pisco-based cocktails. Learn about sustainable seafood consumption while preparing ceviche and tiradito (appetizers, entrees and a non-alcoholic beverage included). Finally, discover the secrets of Iqueño sweets at Casa de Las Tejas, where you will participate in a workshop before returning to your hotel enriched with the culinary delights of Ica.

Exploring “Cañon de los perdidos”
This 5 km long natural wonder was formed at the mouth of the ancient "Río Seco" or "Riachuelo", where it meets the mighty Ica River on its way to the Peruvian Sea. Prepare to be mesmerized by the geological wonders that unfold before your eyes as sedimentology, stratigraphy, and an impressive fossiliferous environment paint a vivid picture of the area's rich geological history.

Masters of Pisco at La Caravedo
Just half an hour from Ica, you can discover the world of pisco at La Caravedo Hacienda.
The experience begins with a tour of the Caravedo facilities, where the artisanal process of pisco production is explained. We will visit the new factory that produces nearly 1 million liters of pisco per year.
Later, you will become a master pisco maker and learn how to prepare 2 delicious pisco cocktails. We will finish the experience with a snack and the best views of the harvesting fields.

Horseback riding at the wine state
This tour is perfect for horse lovers and those who want the full hacienda experience. After a brief introduction, we head to the stables to meet our iconic Peruvian Paso Horses.
We will ride from the vineyards, through the hacienda and into the surrounding fields to observe the grape harvest.
Upon our return, we will enjoy a guided tour with a masterful tasting of the 6 best piscos of the hacienda, accompanied by delicious snacks.
